Mouth ulcers are cuts/lesions that are formed in the mouth (the gums, the tongue or the insides of the cheeks). They are also called canker sores. These can develop due to mouth injuries caused while brushing or during dental treatments. In some instances, these are due to vitamin deficiencies and viral infections.
Children could get any of the subsequent three sorts of mouth ulcers. they’re categorized counting on their appearance and also the time in which they heal. Read on to understand more.
Minor Mouth Ulcers – Minor mouth ulcers are small in size, and that they appear round or oval. They’re called minor because they heal in one or fortnight and leave minimal or no scarring.

Most cases of ulcers don’t require medical attention. But there are some, which can cause immense discomfort and would need a diagnosis. You should take your baby to a pediatrician for immediate treatment or simply to rule out serious complications.
It is difficult to stop them because the exact cause can’t be determined. You may, however, try these methods to stop mouth ulcers in your children, although there’s no assurance that these work.
