The immune system’s efficiency dips during pregnancy, which places pregnant people at a higher risk for contracting many transmissible illnesses. These may be food borne or respiratory. So it is necessary for expecting mothers to have a nutritious diet. Your child also gets nutrients from what you eat.

A balanced diet should be your first priority to provide proper nutrition to your baby during pregnancy. The right diet with all kinds of vitamins increases your body’s ability to fight against diseases. So without delay, get a diet chart from your specialist and eat a balanced diet according to it.

During this point when there’s a lock-down going on, it is vital for pregnant ladies to observe their food intake. Include foods which are beneficial to your health and fetal development during pregnancy.

FRUITS :-

Liquids : 2.5 to 3 Litres per day ( plain water, coconut water, green tea, juices, milk and butter milk)
